TELSTRA, Sydney CBD

The Telstra Exchange Building in Haymarket required some work on the concrete slab edges of the three facades on Parker Street and Parker Lane. The work was carried out in stages and on both buildings. The work included replacement of the cavity flashing to all levels, brickwork replacement and repointing, high pressure water cleaning of all of the brickwork, repairing all of the concrete slab edges as well as carrying out waterproofing membrane work.
