An interesting project that involved a great deal of co-ordination. It was the first project I was involved in Victoria. It required establishing a new team, new contractors and suppliers. The façade refurbishment involved removal of concrete platforms and repairing the existing structural beams. Also the concrete panels of the façade had to be retextured and painted to present a new and fresh appearance. The project was commenced in March 2012 and was completed on time, on budget, and in just over 1 year.
